'StillMarket began with a modest vision: to share true Neapolitan pizza with London. The Turner family, since 1985, has been operating our little pizzeria, with recipes that have been in the family for generations.
Alice Turner, our patriarch, mastered the craft of pizza during her journeys across Italy, learning from esteemed pizzaiolos in its historic home, Naples. Back in the UK, her mission was to recreate the quintessence of Italian pizza, adhering to age-old techniques and selecting premium ingredients.
Starting as a humble 12-seat venue, we’ve blossomed into a cherished local staple, never straying from our dedication to excellence and originality. By persisting with traditional wood-fired ovens, preparing our dough from scratch daily, and always choosing top-notch ingredients, we've maintained our standard.
'StillMarket is still a family venture, now with the Turner’s next generation at the helm, infusing the business with the same zeal. Despite new advancements, the spirit of our work remains: fabricating exquisitely authentic pizza that unifies our patrons.
